2008 Arctic Cat Dealer Show
Posted by CanadianViking on Thursday, October 04, 2007 (20:40:50) (1722 reads)
ATV Illustrated Magazine has posted an article on the 2008 Arctic Cat Dealer Show:
At the beginning of each new model year, the major ATV / UTV manufacturers host a dealer show where they present their latest creations, updated models and accessories to their licensed dealers. These shows also provide dealers with seminars on such things as updating their electronic inventory systems, financing and warranty management and how to increase sales of their products. Dealers are also able to place orders for new models directly from the event. The ATV press is also invited to these events, which we look forward to as a great opportunity to get feedback from dealers all over the country on how the product they sell is satisfying (or not satisfying) their customers. In addition, these shows can occasionally pack a surprise or two that we in the ATV press hadn’t heard about yet. Case in point: the 2008 Arctic Cat Dealer Show held at Las Vegas’ Rio Hotel and Casino.

2007 Arctic Cat ATV Report
Posted by CanadianViking on Friday, July 21, 2006 (20:24:27) (1633 reads)
ATV Connection has posted a report on the 2007 Arctic Cat model line-up:
Each year we are excited to attend the numerous press releases that are held by those who manufacture ATV’s. It’s not always to see the new products as much as it is to see how (and where) the release event is. Big improvements were made from last year’s Arctic Cat event.
This year Kale Wainer, Arctic Cat’s Media Relations director saw to it that we had an obstacle course to test the suspension and low end torque that their Cat’s are so famous for.
Needless to say, we (members of the media) had a great time on this course. It gave us a chance to see first hand how their 650 H1 motor climbs in low gear. It also gave us a chance to test our nerves, or the lack thereof. And whoever thought you’d get a chance to drive an ATV over a car!

2006 Arctic Cat 700EFI review
Posted by CanadianViking on Wednesday, March 01, 2006 (22:18:32) (2357 reads)
ATV Magazine has posted a review of the new 2006 Arctic Cat 700EFI...
...Yes, sharing makes the world go around, right? And, for Arctic Cat, it allows for an all-new ATV that’s the largest-displacing unit in its lineup. The 700 EFI SE shares many features with its fellow Arctic Cat brothers. But one trait is obviously from a different family gene: the engine.
