Website Backup/Restore feature works

If you noticed the site being down for a couple of hours that is because I was verifying that the "Backup Database" feature was working by trying to restore a recent backup. It didn't work right away although after some searching I found that Coppermine gallery wasn't saving its info correctly. Fixed and all was well.
