Outdoors enthusiasts have a new, effective way to sell unwanted outdoors products!  Check it out at www.ehunt.ca.

ALBERTA, CANADA - April 22, 2004 -- Outdoors enthusiasts have a new, effective way to advertise their unwanted and previously used outdoors gear at a fraction of the cost of other auction and classified sites. A few weeks after the launch of http://www.ehunt.ca (see previous release), the site is flourishing and is a welcome addition to the outdoors community.

Auctions and Classifieds are displayed and managed using one of the internet's most comprehensive auction/classified packages available. Ehunt.ca is currently free of charge for all users and will be for an extended period of time.

Site webmaster, Scott Stirling says "We hope to fill a void in the outdoors community and provide the highest levels of security and service in the industry. This has been a long time coming and we have been very well received by the outdoors community. While we have categories for all things outdoors, from hunting, fishing, camping, atv's, archery, trucks, accessories, motorcycles, snowmobiles, marine and rv's, our Charity/Fundraising category has been hailed as the best part of the site. Here we allow any Charity, Organized Club (must be registered) or non-profit organization to auction off what they would like to and we will not be charging a fee for it now or ever! There are other auction sites out there that give a break on charity and fundraising fees but we are the only one of our kind that does not charge anything for it."

Auctioneers that register with Ehunt.ca now will be able to use the services for free until a deadline is set by the company and will be given 30 days notice before any fees are implemented. "We will have to start charging for the site eventually" says Stirling "but we don't expect that to be implemented until the fall sometime (3-6 months) so users can sell as much as they want for nothing until that time".

Business joining and using ehunt.ca to sell their products are welcome on ehunt.ca as well. With the "About Me" pages, businesses can simply promote their link to their "About Me" page which lists all of the items that they have for sale at any given time. "It works two fold", Stirling says. "They (the businesses) have a place where they can promote their products to a new group of potential customers and the more they promote their link to their "About Me" page, the better known they will become.".

Estimated growth rate indicates that, by December 2004, Ehunt.ca will represent the largest niche market auction/classified site on the internet.
