Lincoln Natonal released the Motor Vehicle us map www.fs.fed.us/r3/linco...maps.shtml . I will be calling my ATV friends in Alamogordo today and hopefully be able to give you a report. This way we can find out how they faired in what they have gained and lossed. They have system in place in the 1980s and hopefully riders have gained from the program.

I was able to talk to some friends in Alamogordo about the Motor Vehicle Use Map put out by Lincoln National Forest. They told me that for most part they gained from it. The Lincoln National Forest restricted OHVs in 1987?? the Forest Service put in loops and fixed alot problems.

So, I guess the Lincoln National Forest rider benefited from the Travel Management process from what was put in place back in the 80s. There was a win here...
