I'm with Krusty. How deep? Is it going to be like the runs down South where there is three feet of water on top? I 'spose they don't divulge that sort of information.

met akgrizz at the event...not bad for a first time deal...hopefully next year there will be a better turnout...a can-am outlander did represent! |
I agree with MaXx_BoOsT on this one for sure. The event could be done better but it was nice to see this sort of event to begin with. Maybe it will get better next year if the event is organized and thought out some more. Most of the crowd left before it was over because of the slow pace due to the mud pit being too much for the quads to handle.
The mud pit won this round as the mud was too thick and deep for most of the quads. Either not as deep or less thick would have made it better. The two modded quads ended up getting hurt trying to pull other less-powerful quads out. Because of the mud consistency it ended up being more of a turtle crawl than a drag race.
Lots of casualties too but the worst was 2 Razors with smoked belts and double tire blow outs (both fronts on one a both rears on the other). Putting the kid's quads into the mix was really a big mistake because they could only go about 10'-15'.
The big trucks/jeeps and the loader were the only machines that could go through it easily.
Was a fun time though and that modded Can-am Outlander sounded awesome!!!!
Nice to see you there MaXx_BoOsT and to meet your family.
