While greasing my grizz today one of the grease fittings was turned so I couldn't get on it , so i tried to turn it an 1/8 of inch and broke the nipple off aarrrgh!! Ended up looking all over town for the right size 6mm-28/ 45 degree angle, found it at NAPA. Had to remove the tire and drop the A- arm pivot bolt and lower the a-arm to remove it and reinstall. What a pain in the butt, just to do a simple chore like greasing your ATV. Anybody else do dumb things like this or is it just me? Bob Yellow-confused

was this the fitting on the front driveline? I had that same problem. I forced the dealer to grease it on it's first service and never messed with it again. Too much of a pain in the butt. Just sold the kodiak and bought a grizzly 700, they don't have that problem. haha

Yup, left rear upper, but mine broke when removing the gun from the zerk. Its still broken, but I do think about it once a month....maybe one day it will fix itself.

lol Cameo . I'm always hoping for things themselves too but to no avail . LOL .

Yes I have broken a few zerks myself by them sticking in the end of the hose . Now I use a needle and they break too . Some zerks are a pita for sure to grease . If I recall correctly though I believe I saw the feeder attachment which was 45 degrees in the Princess Auto catalogue and I will be looking into that further .
