I've been experimenting with my Cat for a year and a half now with motor work, gearing, clutching, tires, and suspension. After the many many hours and money spent, I call her the "TCAT Mud/Trail Pro." I designed her to be a high powered trail bike that can handle some moderate mud while still having a smooth and stable ride at high speeds.

3" xtreme lift including HL springs, radiator relocated, 2" snorkels, front and rear bumpers, clutch kit, 3.6 gears, 30" mudlites xxl's, 14" MSA Trooper rims, 12:1 HC pistons, racing camshafts, speedwerx exhaust, uni-airfilter, power commander 3 with custom race tune, 17.5" of ground clearance, and the list goes on....

Thanks rjrtools! I posted this about 10 days ago. I thought that no one was going to respond to it. Thanks for the compliment!

Looks excellant.
If you get bored would you mind posting a few screenshots showing some of the interior work? And feel free to give your opinions on anything you would do different.
Have you tried it out yet and I know I am being a pest but it would be neat to see a few shots of it in action. Yellow-biggrin
Thank you

The only thing I'm gonna do next is probably switch out the 30 lites to 30 zillas which will drop the tire weight significantly while keeping the same ground clearance.

Nice looking bike. Love the wheels, who's the manufacturer? Trail riding with the rad there must present a bit of trouble.

The rad has not been a problem for me. I have heard of the fears of sticks poking it, but I haven't had that issue.

Yellow-biggrin I've got like 20K in this bike. I don't see myself letting go of this one for a long time, lol. She's geared down, clutched right, and about 20 horsepower over stock. Monster.. Yellow-badgrin

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I hope you had insurance an reciepts ! Maybe you'll get lucky that it was stolen in Texas vs someother state like the one I live in, as I hear in Texas they can be less lenient on scum. In my state the criminals have more rights than I do.

Sorry for your loss. If you ever find out who did it let us know.
