I've got about 2000 on mine.....and it will be replaced this coming season. Of course, the premature wear is my fault, as it has had water and slippage occur.

I had 3000km + on mine before I sucked in some nasty water and smoked it.

It still pulled hard and didn't slip but at my last service they told me I needed a new one. Never saw it though.

I only have around 850 miles on mine, around 75 hours I think. Still the original belt and working fine!

A bit over 2000 hard miles on mine. Pretty impressed with it so far. Have a new one on the shelf just in case but the original seems to be holding up just fine at the moment.

Since on the subject of belts, with brand/model did you go with for replacement/spare??? OEM, Good-Year, Carlisle, ???

Mine is about barely broken in. I have been babying it so to say, as any kind of steep hill or climb, I put it in low range also playing around on the coal banks. And the really steep descents it goes in low range for the engine braking.

I think you will find the concensus will be OEM. There has not been much luck with aftermarket belts.

I have 220 hours and 6827 KMS on my second belt. The first one got a "bald" spot on it at about 3500 kms and my Dealer said there was a undated belt available. They replaced it under warranty and cleaned my clutchs and lubed the one way bearing, all for no money out of my pocket.
I know, I have a good dealer and I sure like them!!!

Not much was done to my knowledge because I saw the dealer report and waranty work and they changed the belt caseing, accelerator cable, and something in the clutch I think it,s the spider part plus they configured the speedo.Last thing they changed the seat and installed improved heat protectors.
