I own a outlander max 800cc and want to ajust the valves because they are noisy particularly the back cylinder. Due to very tight space the valve cover is not removable because of the exhaust on one side and because of the cover design it won't come out from the other side. Anyone have a suggestion how to remove or do the valve ajustement from the back cylinder.

A BFH will coax that valve cover into the correct removal position.

Make sure you have the rockers at TDC as that might allow you to slide the rocker cover off.

You won't be able to do an easy adjustment with the exhaust in the way anyhow. Bite the bullet. Just 4 13mm nuts ,some springs and a 10 mm socket on the shields. It doesn't take more than 20 minutes with reasonable hand tools. A BFH should be a last resort only once you've lost you mind. Although at times it does work. Yellow-biggrin

The cover need to be turned 180 deg and it should out on the opposite site of the exhaust. It's easy.

I will let you know how it goes because the last time I tried I moved all the wires ,gas line and was not able to remove the cover. Sure I saw that by removeing the exhaust it would make it easy but I did not want to remove it but I might have to. The BFH method I not to fond with it.Thanks for the tip guys.I have to get to them because on that side the noise is prononced.I have 8000 kil on my bike.
