Hi all ,
well i've just received my uxv 500 and i very happy with it but mainy mod still planned.
1. clutch mod has been done

still to do:
1.gas flow head
2.fit bigbore kit
3.fit performance filter and exhaust

Looks awsome. We just sold our first one before Christmas. The guy is really impressed with his. What little time I've had on them, I've been nothing more then impressed. Keep us posted on those upgrades.

you guys must do the clutch mod it makes a grat diff on performance
remove two balls revs better

You must of had to take the gas tank out ? How long did it take ?

Did you just remove the 2 roller weights, or did you remove them and install the a new spring in the secondary? If you did the spring was it white or orange?

yes had to remove the gas tank, std spring replaced here in RSA we cannot get the uprated springs.
pls anybody know of any other mods for the uxv , lets hear from you.

current info:
75km/h on the straight
81km/h and the limiter's kicks in.

I just had one in my shop last week for a few days to design new products. I also had every other side-by-side, like Rhino, Prowler, RZR, and Teryx. This UXV is really well made! It would be awesome with a 700cc!
