www.mrfunnel.com/ :Does anyone have one of these filters. After a few carb problems I am seriously thinking about getting one, not sure how it would be possible to filter the water out, but anyways. Do you recommend them?

They receive rave reviews on Amazon! The only complaints have been about the smallest one being a little slow. It looks like the "fast flow" one would be the best option, because it can be used at the pump...

They work, my brother in law has the big one. I bought the small one for the lawnmowers.

I also noticed that marine and aircraft suppliers carry them, which would indicate they work...

I know lots of folks who use them up here. The cold weather induces water into everything (condensation during temp changes). My dad's used his for 15 years and just finally bought a new one.

I have one and the way they filter water is through a membrane that makes the water cling to it somehow - they work and speaking of replacing one I should probably replace mine 9 years old and it has worn for the better.

I carry them on my shop, the F1C, F3C and F8C are popular. Lots of snowmobilers and boaters use them. Nothing worse than water in the fuel when you are out in the middle of nowhere, like on Lake Superior.
I tried to buy one last year and could not find anyone within 500 miles of me that carried them so I became a dealer. If you look under Michigan, I will be the first business shown.
If you can't find them, PM me I might be able to send you one at a low price.
