On my only day off from work I decided i would take the header pipe and some other parts off of a parts ATV and put them on to mine. Well a couple of bloody knuckles and hours later it still isnt done i had to drill and tap the stud that holds the pipe in the block because it snapped off. It has taken way too long but it should be done by tommorow afternoon. I just needed a way to vent and this should do it! Let It All Out Thank you for listening!

ain't that the truth! Bructer was going to be paying for all the parts but he's thinking about getting a Renegade or Outlander 800 so I might end up buying the Grizzly from him in the end. We'll see, I was thinking more about a 2009 Outlander 800R myself, but the Grizzly has been a fun project and I know its going to be as good as new when I'm done - so I might consider it.

It is amazing! the exhaust is back on and the exhaust and the noise is now coming solely from the muffler! It sounds like a new machine.
