Sill working the weights. Tried a five mile run today leg hurts where the pins are but not to bad. Was a heck of allot harder then it used to be when I was in shape though.
Going to see the doc monday hopefully he will raise my 150 pound limit on the weights.

Doc lifted my restrictions so I was able to start hitting the weights like I want. Still didn't go to overboard though. Its been a while since I lifted regularly and even with out the health issues from my accident last summer after not lifting for nearly a year I would get hurt if I tried to pick up right where I left off.
As for running. I have never liked it and I still don't. Still doing a five mile run every other day though. They say what doesn't kill ya only makes you stronger right? Truth be told the running is far and away the hardest part for me (I actually love lifting...great for stress relief). In addition to the pins in my leg causing some pain I only have a 28 inch inseam and lets face it...short legged fat guys just aren't built for distance running lol.

Still running every other day. Had to give it a bit of rest on the weights though. Overstressed my muscles big time Sunday cutting and hauling 4 full cords of oak. Many of the chunks were big enough that I had to cut them in quarters with the saw just to get them in the truck. Arms and back are finally getting back to normal now but I am going to wait till tomorrow to lift again. Did a six mile run today. Not fun!

Just doing the normal springtime farm work, fence fixing & the like, and lost 15-20 lbs, and still eating all I want to.

Hey, anyone who wants to can come out & walk/fix fence. That's pretty much all I've been doing extra to lose the weight. Not to mention my stamina has gone up quite a bit.
Here's my offer: Anyone who shows up can sign up for my 'weight loss program'. Guaranteed results. I'll leave you in the middle of the hills with only water, and you can eat when you walk out. Do this while carrying fence stretchers, a coil of barbed wire, staples, and a hammer. If you really want a workout, carry along a machete & cut the brush & small trees that are growing along the fence as you walk (I do this most of the time, as well). I will provide all these services totally FREE, and if you don't lose the weight you want, I'll even give you your money back.
Seriously, though, walking fence through the hills is GREAT excercise. No slacking off, either, because you have to walk out before dark. At least you do if you don't want to be out there with the bobcats, coyotes, and mountain lions.

It was the part about and still eat all I want to. I farmed for many years and am going back to work on a farm.

Still lifting every other day along with my runs on the days that I don't lift. Still hate the running too.

Most number are people are well looking for perfect tips to reduce their body weight and to reduce fat content. They try different things to reduce their weight such as dieting. This could effect their health also. So I suggest not to take such kind of risks for becoming slim and making body attractive. We could suggest you with better techniques to make your body more attractive. for more details.

I would agree Haddin. Starving the body and "over working" the body with the same food intake isn't the answer either. The answer is "balance". Or as many often call it, "eating better and exercising better" lifestyle change approach.
For good exercise tasks that I like using while watching TV, in an elevator (alone) or other locations, I often use the exercise tasks within: www.diet.com/exercises/
Works great for me...

For me (and my T2 Diabetic body), I've been doing my daily exercises as well. Been "better eating" and doing my body's new "mandatory exercises" after each meal and before bed for months.
For list of my "usual" daily exercises, surf:
weight-loss.fitness.co...ary-5.html
weight-loss.fitness.co...ary-6.html
Even with these "mandatory" daily exercises to battle "D", my body weight has been within the same weight range. re: Weekly variance between 183 to 186 lbs. This morning, 185 lbs. And, I've learned to accept my body will NOT reach BMI "normal range" - which is 175 lbs. That would be "too skinny" for my large frame and long torso body. Thus, I'm happy with my current weight range.
On a good note, my T2 body's "blood sugar" readings have been great. Within normal body range and my BP has been within normal body range as well. Win-win - on the battles that really matter.
Hope others continue their daily "health improvements" as well. Definate win-win for all involved.
