The Alberta Government has launched it's new landuse framework initiative. This may not sound all that interesting, but it is laying the groudwork for future landuse planning in the province. This is very important since it will be the process which decides what will be open and closed to ATV use. The green lobby is looking to push the government away from multiple use and as always trying to push motorized recreation off the land scape. Your input is vital. There is a website:

You can fill the survey out on line or pdf. It is a long survey and to start online you will need to create a user id and passcode. Write the info down and break up your time if you can't finish you can go back and complete it with your passcode. Check this out it is very important to the future of ATV use in the province.
