The Ground Clearance and suspension travel Rocks!

I was in between an IRS Suzuki and a honda. We were just HAULING over a rocky section. (note: no blind corners etc) I decided what the heck, it's not going to stay scratch free forever and gave er heck.

There were sparks galore coming from the other 2 machines, and the honda guy put a major dent in the bottom of his machine and then backed off.

The cat just handled it and felt right at home, not even coming close to bottoming out. I can see why these things did so well on the Quad terrain challenge.

Why do you love your Kitty?

Looks good DiscoCat. When a thread with this title was on A.Chat my reply was "It doesn't get stuck where my other ATV's did- period."

Same sentiment as you. Rocks-logs-mud- whatever.

I LOVE that orange 700. Looks sharp with the XTR's.

Steve and kansas thanks! Smile

That H1 is a mean machine. Better CV intakes and exhaust locations than the 7.

Great shots DiscoCat ... I was out on my new TRV again this weekend on a great little run starting on a road called "Hog's back Road" just outside of Bethany Ontario and again no camera Sad .... it had some great mud holes with large truck 4X4 grooves cut everywhere and boulder rock hills to climb just right for us newbies, even had an abandoned mid 90's 4x4 GMC stepside buried in the mud (probably stolen) but alas, no pics to share again Evil or Very Mad

This is why. The suspension is what makes the cats so great then its just a matter of choosing your power source you want.

Hoopie - Nice Pics, really shows off the travel.

That course looks like fun. I take it it was a timed event?

Yes it was timed and points were taken off if you went out of bounds anywhere. It was a tight course but a lot of fun. Really technical and the cat did great.

Tough, tough, and tough. Did I mention tough? Don't forget that 6.5 gal gas tank that makes a long day on the trail not one you have to carry gas for! Love the heavy duty racks and speedpoint. Like the 2'' receiver too.
