Well after completely destroying my front diff when i got stuck in the snow I will be getting a brand new one under warrenty thank god LOL. The dealer told me its a whole new design and the first in Canada, Kawasaki should get it in on the 18th and send it to my dealer so were shooting for getting it back next week then I can finish runing the vent lines and tweek the jetting and ride!

is this a flaw with the differential? what year is your quad? my warranty ends next mth.. might be something i should look into?

Turns out its not a new design just that Kawasaki is now just replacing ones that the parts bill is over $1600 with a new one worth $3000, My dealer was telling me he has seen quit a few front diffs that are totaled due to big tires and big power. My quad is the 07 750.

Was your machine still under warranty or was this a "good will" warranty?

yes it was still under the original warrenty and I still have the GTPP for 3 years.
