Does any company make a single place side load deck for a half ton dodge? I have a brute force 750 and it takes up the box pretty good on the hemi ram quad cab 4x4 and i would like to be able to bring the boys mini quad or power wheels when we go camping, I have the air bags already and new top of the line brakes but I know its not a 3/4 ton so thats why I'm looking for a single place side load. Has any one had any experiance with the diamond back covers?

What is a good full size deck to get that will fit my short box and that I can still pull my travel trailer or am i better off building something myself?

Just get a normal 2 place side load and use the secon spot for your boys mini. I have never seen a single place rack. I would imagine that you could remove the second position ramps from the unit though if thats what you realy wanted. Are you intending on putting the mini and power wheels under the rack? I built one a couple years ago to hold 2 machines but it loads from the back. I dident want it hanging off th back of th truck like a side load 2 place does on a short box. Maybee seeing as all you are goan put on the back position is the mini you could either build or have built a modified side load that is no longer than the short box. Should still be able to fit a Brute and a mini I would think. You would have to measure the mini and see if it and the Brute are wider together than your box is long.

Darn, I'd like one of those long (or wide) enough for my max!
