Welcome to this forum. Glad to read we have a certified trainer on this thread. Escellent news. And, excellent help. I'm hoping to buy an elliptical machine this fall (when the snow starts to land). Currently saving up my wife's Sears Points and if we have enough this fall, she said I can buy one. Before buying, I'd like to drop you a PM. At that future time, I'm hoping you can share your experience with different elliptical machines and allow me to get the proper machine - for my unique body.

Anybody still doing this besides me?

Finally got around to changing my diet in addition to my regular workouts. Down about 40 pounds since September. On the average the pain in my bad leg has decreased at least 50 percent as well. Doc has now cleared me to lift up to 250 pounds on the bench but I still have a long way to go to get back to where I was (385lbs not sure if the back is ever going to take that kind of strain again though)

Long road ahead of me still but I am going to make it.
