Bob, I truly hope all's well with your post-op and that you'll soon be helping me push my ol' bomby up the hills like you did last time we got together. I was more out of breath than you were and I'm a young'un compared to you, ya old fossil! Wishing you all the best and looking forward to riding with you again. Just ONCE, I'd wish you'd slow down so I could keep up to you.....

Cheers,
Louis

Thanks Louis, we will get riding again soon, I am in a sort of interim waiting for date for the final (hopefully) operation and they tell me I cant ride for 6 weeks after that so it looks like February or March. My personal target is back to running 3 mi/day by my birthday in March and it will take *beep* or high water to keep me from that,
I was looking at the pictures that we took when we rode that trail to the ridge and remembered that that was really a good day eh!
See you soon
Bob

Oh crap! Haven't forgotten about THAT ride, and it's hard to believe that was over 2 1/2 years ago already. All the more reason to get back to it. That was a hoot. Take care Bob. We'll all be waiting for you.....

Tina.. Got your big hug and sending one in return. It is messages like yours that keep me going girl!

I may join the family ride on Saturday if all goes well. They have not sceduled the next surgery yet other than "before the end of November". The original surgeries have healed and I am back to daily running and feel OK for ride with no drama this weekend. Actually I am going stir crazy!

Hope to see you on Saturday.
Bob

Hey Bob,
It is good to hear you are feeling better. Just remember not to push yourself to fast. We need you in tip top condition for the spring. I will probably be taking out the family group on Saturday...and where would I be without my favorite tailrunner. Yellow-biggrin

Hugs and good wishes...
Christine
