My front brake pads are new, my brakes still have to be pumped twice to stop and yet the brake lever still goes all the way to the handle bar. I have bled them like crazy, even used a suction device, any comments or suggestions? I changed my rear brakes 2 weeks ago and they were perfect, until I took it out in waist deep mud, water well to the mud pit.. ect. I washed them with a pressure washer and then with a sprayer at home, but they are still spongy, dont really stop me at all. Does anyone have an idea what the problem maybe?

Did you adjust both adjusters on each wheel after the install?

I bled both lines on each front wheel. It didnt make it any better. On the rear brakes, the left front handle bar lever is like squeezing a sponge and it slowly comes back to place...and it doesnt stop me at all.

there are adjusters behind the red hub plugs.
They sit at 3 o clock and 9 o clock.
unless you adjust those you wont have any brakes.
