Dang......nice job getting it in there. Also, that quad never sees any mud does it Wink

Sucks about the rim. How did that happen?

Not too sure about the rim. We started a rally @ 1:30PM. Many of the trails were swamped due to the tonz of snow we got this winter, so the rally crew made trails around some of the deep stuff. In the turnouts its all stumps from when they cut down the trees and lots of rocks. I notice the flat @ about 11:00PM. We were about 5km from the staging area. So i lumped back and finally got back @ 12:15AM with 50atvs still on the trail.

I really didnt notice the flat til my arms started to hurt from tryin to hold the steering straight....lol

Looks great, may do the same. Did you have to fab any brackets, or were you able to use the brackets that come with the winch?

I got a welder to make a bracket where the winch could bolt to. A support bar has to come out in the front. I havent make another support bar yet but soon. Also i will be building a bumper, since a wet cardboard box will hold up better

Do you have any pictures of your winch install that you can share? I heard there are 2 Renegades at Warn but who knows how long it will take to get one Smile

My battery light will flash every now and then when i use the winch. I used it about 30timez in 1 day tolling people out. I dont think it would be any concern. BRP has always had censor problems. Just like my DS.

The battery is pretty gay to get out. We had some problems gettin it out, then trying to stuff it back in when those thick winch wires. It was poor engineering. But its all good in the long run!
