I have seen many reports on ATV accidents a large percentage have to do with alcohol. Wonder if there is any connection?

I was more concerned by Mike Cardinal's, SRD minister, musings about the tax. I've emailed him and am waiting for a reply. One of our club members also heard a rumour about random camping being review ...
